  • Director of Group of Lancers Schools & is currently spearheading a transformation of the pedagogy of the schools to involve creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship at the heart of all initiatives & learning as well as creating an international exposure impacting approx. 2500 students. Simultaneously creating an additional capacity to admit & teach 6000 students.

  • Founder of Estrela Foundation that supports various underprivileged sections. He leads the Foundation in innovatively finding ways to support various sections of the underprivileged & specially abled. Creating sustainability in the NGOs we support & creating employment opportunities within our verticals & the community for the differently abled.
  • A believer of continuous improvement & learning, he pursued Sr Management Executive programs at The Wharton School, Philadelphia & Cornell School of Hotel Administration as well as his Masters in Business, SPJIMR Mumbai. A Hotelier at heart, graduated in Hospitality from University of Huddersfield, UK.
